Its Head Office is located on the outskirts of London spanning the time zones of the major shipping centres of the world.

St. Kitts & Nevis International Ship Registry (SKANReg) commenced operation in 2005. By the end of 2022 had registered over 3300 vessels and currently has over 5.1 million tons registered. It has also issued seafarer documents to over 30,000 seafarers of many nationalities.
